Coolngreen

I wasn't up for a long ride today and I know that I haven't been doing many intervals lately so I decided to head over to Coolngreen which is a street in our subdivision that has 16% grade for maybe 50 yards.  I did 3 sets of 5 climbs up it each lasting about 30 second with about 1 minute of rest between each interval and 5 minutes of rest between each set.  I thought I was going to puke after the first set and almost called it quits after my second set.
